There’s a free art tour given at 5pm which was incredible - Jonathan’s knowledge was very impressive and just an all round great bloke. Would’ve given a hefty tip if we had any cash! Followed by a few of the best cocktails I’ve ever had in my life - the 1958. Tastes like a spicy marg, looks like a martini. Stunning hotel and the staff were all class, we’d definitely come to stay next time.
We had an exceptional experience at the PHK. Leo was exceptional in the service he provided from check-in to restaurant recommendations. Jude in the bar was friendly and efficient with the cocktails. Early one morning I asked Philip for directions to the fitness area. He did not provide directions, but a personal escort and narrated tour to the newly opened spa and gym. Breakfast was outstanding. The room was spacious and perfectly appointed.
